About this Website

I am a Principal Teacher of Biology who has been off work with WRS for over a year.  Having requested redeployment in a conservation related work area I accepted a post as a Countryside Ranger at a Country Park.

I have found that the web does not seem to cover the topic of 'How to Recover from WRS' and this site is designed to help and to guide you through all the aspects of recovery.  The information given here was accurate when listed in April 2006.
